AboutThe Role
We are looking for a Sales & Partnership (B2B) role that will lead outbound sales efforts and build meaningful business relationships for Subko across gifting, B2B, corporate collaborations, cafés, hotels, co‑working spaces, events, and new growth verticals. This high‑ownership, solution‑oriented role goes beyond selling; it requires understanding client needs and offering the right Subko products and programs to create long‑term value.
The position is on‑ground, client‑facing, target‑driven, and requires a proactive, articulate, and comfortable representative of Subko as a premium, craft‑first brand.
- Lead outbound sales across gifting, B2B coffee programs, retail partnerships, corporate and brand collaboration opportunities.
- Identify, prospect, and convert new institutional clients through meetings, visits, sampling sessions, and product walk‑throughs.
- Represent Subko’s product story, values, and offerings clearly and confidently.
- Understand client requirements deeply and provide tailored solutions.
- Drive monthly & quarterly revenue goals through new client acquisitions.
- Collaborate with the product, production, and operations teams for feasibility, pricing, and execution.
- Track and manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
- Prepare proposals, decks, quotations, and partnership presentations.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting for new leads, conversions, and sales forecasting.
- Work closely with key internal teams to ensure alignment on product availability and fulfillment.
- 5–6 years of experience in business development, institutional sales, corporate partnerships, or key account acquisition roles, preferably within F&B, FMCG, hospitality, gifting, premium consumer brands, or related B2B categories.
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing high‑value institutional clients, closing B2B deals, and driving revenue through outbound efforts.
- Strong ability to understand business needs and offer solution‑oriented proposals across multiple verticals (gifting, B2B coffee programs, retail partnerships, events, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the confidence to lead meetings, product walk‑throughs, and partnership discussions independently.
- Experience managing an end‑to‑end sales pipeline: lead generation, prospecting, pitching, commercial negotiation, closing, and post‑deal coordination.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams (production, operations, supply chain, finance, training teams) for feasibility, pricing, and execution.
- High degree of ownership, structured planning, and disciplined follow‑ups with clients and internal teams.
- Comfortable working with monthly and quarterly sales targets, revenue KPIs, and forecasting.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills: proposals, decks, quotations, CRM hygiene, data accuracy, and pipeline tracking.
- Self‑driven, proactive, and comfortable representing Subko at a senior level in client meetings, industry events, tastings, and partnership discussions.
