We're the leading drone show company in the UAE and MENA region. Since 2023, we've delivered spectacular aerial experiences for government entities, luxury brands, corporate events, and national celebrations across the region. Now we're scaling — and we need someone to own revenue growth.
The RoleYou'll be our first dedicated sales leader, taking over from the founder and building the sales function from the ground up. This isn't a "manage what exists" role. You'll own the full sales cycle, set the strategy, and build a team around it.
What you'll do:- Own the entire sales pipeline, from lead generation to close
- Build and execute a sales strategy targeting corporate clients, government entities, event agencies, and luxury brands across UAE and GCC
- Develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers
- Set up scalable sales processes and CRM workflows
- Hire and grow the sales team as we scale
- Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless delivery on every show sold
- Report directly to the CEO
- 5+ years in B2B sales, ideally in events, entertainment, luxury, or experiential marketing in the UAE/GCC
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals (six figures+)
- Strong network in UAE's corporate, government, or events ecosystem
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Entrepreneurial mindset, you thrive building from scratch, not maintaining
- CRM‑disciplined (we use Odoo)
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
- Competitive base + performance‑based commission
