Role SummarySeeking a proactive Regional Sales Assistant / Sales Coordinator to support the Regional Sales Head and Regional Director with sales operations, reporting, client visit support, and internal coordination. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Support daily sales operations and communication.
- Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts in Excel.
- Create and update presentations and proposals in PowerPoint.
- Assist in client meetings/visits and prepare related documents.
- Track sales pipeline and opportunities.
- Ensure timely internal reporting.
- Coordinate with finance, operations, and delivery teams.
- Maintain sales and client data in CRM.
- Support compliance and sales documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, analysis).
- Proficient in PowerPoint.
- Willing to travel for client visits.
