Sales Engineer - Dubai - Galadari Energy Solutions (GES)
About the position
Galadari Energy Solutions is looking for a motivated and commercially driven Sales Engineer to join our growing team. We are seeking Arab Nationals with experience in power generation, heavy equipment, construction or automotive sectors who are passionate about sales and building long term client relationships.
This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and promoting our power generation solutions across the UAE market.
We are currently based in Al Quoz and will be relocating to our new facility in Dubai Industrial City (DIC) later this year.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, fleet owners and industrial clients
- Promote and sell power generation solutions including generators and related equipment
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical submissions
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams including service and parts to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Previous sales experience within power generation, heavy equipment, construction or automotive industry
- Technical background or have an engineering qualification
- Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to generate revenue
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Valid UAE driving license
- Self‑motivated and target driven
