This is a full-time on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Client Advisor will engage directly with VIP and VVIP clients
, delivering an outstanding and highly personalized luxury experience.
The position requires an existing client database
, strong commercial mindset combined with refined interpersonal skills, ensuring that every client interaction reflects the elevated standards of The Unique Group.

• Build and maintain relationships with VIP and VVIP clients
• Proactively develop new client opportunities within the luxury segment
• Support private appointments, events, and client activations
• Maintain deep knowledge of showcased brands and pieces
• Uphold the highest standards of luxury client experience

• Proven experience in luxury retail, high jewelry, watches, or UHNW client services in Dubai
• Strong background in Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction
• Demonstrated ability to work with VIP clientele (existing network in Dubai is a strong advantage)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and client-oriented mindset
• Ability to operate with discretion in a high-end luxury environment
• Fluency in English required;
  Arabic or additional languages are a strong plus
• Knowledge of insurance or high-value goods handling is an advantage
