Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join IIQAF in Dubai. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for the company. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the hospitality industry. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the company’s success.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue targets.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to improve performance.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales techniques.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Fluency in English and any additional languages is a plus.
