We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor (Russian Speaker) to lead and support the admissions and sales function of our education center in Dubai. The role involves supervising the sales team, driving student enrollments, managing client relationships, and ensuring revenue targets are achieved. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Russian and English, with strong experience in sales within the education or service industry.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase student registrations.
• Monitor daily sales activities and pipeline performance.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management.

• Supervise, train, and motivate the sales/admissions team.
• Set individual sales targets and monitor performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

• Handle inquiries from Russian-speaking clients and parents.
• Conduct consultations, explain course offerings, and close enrollments.
• Build long-term relationships with students and parents.
• Address and resolve client concerns professionally.

• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
• Ensure accurate documentation and CRM updates.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience (education sector preferred).
• Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Target-oriented with strong leadership capabilities.
