- Mandatory – 2–4 years of experience in motor insurance / personal lines sales with prior experience handling car dealerships.
- Drive motor insurance sales through assigned car dealerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership sales & F&I teams.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Provide daily sales performance and MIS reports.
- Share competitor pricing and market intelligence.
- Coordinate with underwriting teams for smooth policy issuance.
- Ensure timely premium collection and support credit control when required.
