We’rehiring a Regional Product Line Manager to drivesalesgrowth, build brand awareness and shape regional strategy for the Hi-Kalibre(HKE) product line — a global leader inthe design and manufacturing ofhigh pressuredrill stem valves and actuators.
This role combinesstrategicbusiness development withdisciplinedexecution. You will actively build pipeline, close deals, andenhanceend-user relationships, while serving as the commercial bridge between IRE and Hi-Kalibre. Your impact will extend beyond sales execution into market intelligence, territory planning, and long-term value creation.

What you’ll do- Drive New Business .Generate,develop and convert qualified opportunities across the region,expandingmarketshareandmaintaininga balanced account mix.
Negotiatedealsthatalign customer needs with IRE and Hi-Kalibre’ssharedobjectives.
- Pipeline Management
.Managedeals through the pipelinefrom lead generation throughtoorder closure, ensuring timely follow ups, deal prioritisation anddeal progression.
- Build Strategic Relationships .Develop multi-levelrelationshipswithcustomersto gain insights intotheirbuying process, preferences and objections. Understand their pain points effectively and offer solutions that solve them.
- Gather Market Intelligence
.Ga invaluable insights from the marketoncustomer trends,product feedback,pricingcompetitiveness,and competitor activity.
Deliver structured feedback to
IRE&Hi-Kalibre’ssales leadership in order toguideregional decisions.
- Strategic Alignment
.Contribute to strategic planning sessions,key accountanalysisandpipelinereviewmeetings. Re-align activities towardsstrategic goalson regular basis
- Increase Brand Awareness
.Conduct regularsales trips, participate in trade showsandmaintain active digital marketing presence tohelpstrengthen brand visibility.
- Disciplined Execution
.Ensure CRM accuracy, timely reporting,KPI tracking,and compliance with ethical and company standards.
- 5+ years’ experience in oilfield equipment, drilling tools, or related technical sectors
- Proven success in business development and closing complex commercial deals
- Strong regional account management experience with international exposure
- Confident negotiator in competitive environments
- Comfortable operating in a matrix reporting structure (local employer + international principal)
- Arabic strongly preferred;
English fluency required
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to present complex product lines
- High personal accountability, organisation, and discipline
- Valid UAE driver’s license, willingness and ability to travel extensively across the region
