About the Role:
Link4 is a global eInvoicing and digital compliance solutions provider operating across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, and expanding rapidly across new regions. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to support our regional growth, with a strong focus on the United Arab Emirates market. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying new business opportunities, supporting sales pipeline growth, and building strong relationships with prospective clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual seeking exposure to international SaaS sales, government procurement processes, and enterprise clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE market.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and potential prospects.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound activities such as cold calls, emails, Linked In outreach, and networking.
- Support the sales team by setting meetings and maintaining an active and accurate sales pipeline.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Existing relationships with Enterprise groups, semi-government entities, free zone companies is a plus.
- Clearly communicate the value of Link4’s eInvoicing and compliance solutions to prospective clients.
- Assist in mapping client organizations, including decision-making structures and procurement processes.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update CRM systems regularly.
- Contribute insights and feedback to improve sales strategies and go-to-market plans.
- Represent Link4 professionally in meetings, events, and industry forums when required.
- Track, measure, and report on key sales KPIs.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Exposure to SaaS, software solutions, ERP systems, or technology-driven products is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English;
Arabic proficiency is an added advantage. - Good understanding of B2B sales processes and relationship management.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and international teams.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Interest in enterprise sales, government compliance, or digital transformation solutions.
