Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily van sales operations across assigned UAE routes.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, groceries, supermarkets, cafeterias, and other trade outlets.
- Ensure proper product visibility, merchandising, and stock rotation at outlets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
- Collect payments and ensure timely reconciliation as per company policy.
- Monitor competitor activities and report market trends.
- Maintain accurate sales records, invoices, and daily route reports.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of FMCG products in the van.
- Follow UAE traffic rules and maintain vehicle in good condition.
- Minimum 3+ years of van sales experience in the UAE FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of UAE retail market and distribution channels.
- Valid UAE driving license (Manual preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Basic knowledge of invoicing systems and handheld sales devices.
- Physically fit and able to handle loading/unloading of products.
