Reservation & Sales Agent; Russian Speaker

is a growing corporate housing and serviced apartment platform in Dubai, working with hotel apartments and corporate clients to provide short- and long-term accommodation solutions.

We are looking for a Reservation & Sales Agent to handle inquiries, convert leads into bookings, and support our corporate and individual clients.

• Handle inbound reservation and sales inquiries (email, phone, Whats App, platforms)
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings for short- and long-term stays
• Coordinate with operations and property partners on availability and pricing
• Prepare quotations, booking confirmations, and contracts
• Manage CRM updates and follow up on leads
  
  Support corporate clients, relocation companies, and repeat customers
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional communication

• Experience in serviced apartments, hotels, or real estate leasing is an advantage
• Strong communication skills in English
• Sales-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Comfortable using booking systems, CRM, and Whats App/email sales
• Based in Dubai or available to join immediately
