Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Dubai. We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Forex Sales professionals (Sales Executive, Senior Sales Executive, and Sales Manager) to join our growing Dubai-based Forex & CFD brokerage. The role involves acquiring new clients, converting leads into active traders, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively acquiring new clients through calls, digital leads, and personal networks
  • Educate clients on trading platforms, products, and market trends
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive retention and trading volume
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Stay updated on market trends, trading products, and competitor offerings
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve team targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow client acquisition and revenue
  • Monitor performance, provide coaching, and ensure KPI achievement
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to optimize lead conversion and client engagement
  • Prepare performance reports and forecasts for senior management
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Forex / CFD sales (brokerage or financial services)
  • Strong client acquisition, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Fluency in Urdu, English, and Arabic (additional languages are a plus)
  • Solid understanding of MT4/MT5 platforms and trading products
  • Target-driven mindset with excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
