Position: Insurance Representative - High Net Worth (UAE Market)
  • Develop and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals, private banking clients, and key referral partners in the UAE
  • Generate insurance leads and close business through approved brokerage channels (direct selling not permitted under current license)
  • Meet agreed sales targets aligned with annual business objectives
  • Support general insurance sales activities, with a focus on high-net-worth insurance solutions
  • Actively support go-to-market initiatives for the UAE, including market mapping and network development
  • Provide regular updates on local market conditions, competitor activity, and client sentiment
  • Participate in bi-weekly hiring and market catch-ups with regional stakeholders (including Dubai and Hong Kong teams)
  • Maintain strong working relationships with brokers, private bankers, and external partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Hong Kong and UAE during the transition period
  • Represent the firm professionally in the local market and at relevant industry events

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in insurance, wealth management, or private banking
  • Strong exposure to high-net-worth insurance solutions
  • Proven sales track record, ideally within HNW or UHNW client segments
  • Existing private banking or HNW client network in the UAE is strongly preferred
  • Strong local UAE network, particularly among high-net-worth individuals
  • UAE residency preferred (or ability to obtain residency)
  • Highly relationship-driven, commercially astute, and self-motivated
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to operate with ambiguity during licensing and entity transition phases
