Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies to grow revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, issue resolution, and proactive account management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to drive business growth and improve overall performance.
- Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions using our products/services offerings.
- Identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- 4-6 years of experience in B2B Sales or Key Account Management in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of success in managing multiple key accounts simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of Business Development principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients at all levels.
