The Opportunity:
A management consulting firm operating in the Business Consulting & Professional Services sector in the UAE is expanding its on-site commercial team. We deliver advisory and implementation services to corporate and SME clients across the region and are hiring a results-driven Sales Consultant to grow revenue, qualify opportunities, and build long-term client relationships across UAE markets.
- Drive new client acquisition and close consultative sales opportunities across assigned territories—manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract signature.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM; prioritise high-value prospects and execute weekly outreach plans (calls, meetings, demos).
- Manage key accounts: conduct discovery, propose tailored solutions, negotiate terms, and secure renewals or upsells.
- Collaborate with delivery and consulting teams to translate client needs into commercially viable proposals and scopes of work.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to regional sales forecasting and territory planning.
- Represent the firm at on-site client meetings, industry events, and networking forums across the UAE to raise brand visibility.
Must-Have
- Proven track record in B2B sales or consultative selling within UAE or GCC markets.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or Hub Spot) to manage pipeline and reporting.
- Strong competency in lead generation, opportunity qualification, and closing strategies.
- Demonstrable account management experience—managing client relationships and driving renewals/upsells.
Preferred
- Previous exposure to management consulting, professional services, or solutions sales.
- Arabic language proficiency (spoken) to support client engagement across the region.
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission plan and performance incentives.
