The primary responsibility of this role is to protect and grow the Hospitality customer base by strengthening relationships with existing clients and developing new accounts. The focus is on increasing sales of products of both our BUs (Trading & manufacturing) through upselling, cross‑selling, improving customer penetration, and ensuring consistent service excellence. The position is accountable for achieving revenue, margin, and collection targets while maintaining a strong customer relationship network across major 5‑star hotels and hospitality chains
Key Performance Indicators- Revenue achievement vs. target (monthly/annual)
- Gross margin delivery as per budget
- Collection Tragets to be achieved monthly
- New customer acquisition and onboarding
- Growth from existing accounts through upselling and cross‑selling
- Customer retention and relationship strength
- Pipeline management and market development
- 4 to 7 years of experience in FnV / F&B / FMCG in the Hospitality (Ho Re Ca ) segment
- Must have experience handling key accounts in the 5‑star hotel category (Groups / Chains)
- Strong background in customer relationship management and service follow‑through
- Good understanding of Ho Re Ca supply chain, food safety, and fresh produce handling
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment
- Protect and grow revenue from existing Hospitality customers
- Increase sales via upselling additional products and cross‑selling new categories
- Identify, target, and acquire new Hospitality customers across Hotels, Resorts, Fine Dining, Catering groups
- Build strong relationships with Executive Chefs, F&B Directors, Purchase Heads, and Culinary teams
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments as per agreed credit terms
- Track customer demand, order patterns, and suggest product mix improvements
- Work closely with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure smooth service and delivery
- Conduct regular market visits, identify opportunities, and address service gaps
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
- Ability to manage stakeholders at various levels
- High energy, proactive, go‑getter mindset
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Operations, Finance)
- Good understanding of local Ho Re Ca market landscape
- Demonstrated ability to close business and expand customer accounts
