We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Associate to join our team. This role is specifically for an Arabic-speaking professional who is adept at building relationships and closing sales with exceptional customer service and communication skills. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a fast-paced environment, and will be focused on generating leads, converting prospects, and driving revenue.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing Arabic-speaking clients.
• Conduct in-depth product presentations and provide comprehensive product information.
• Identify customer needs through active listening and tailored questioning techniques.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets set by management.
• Generate and follow up on leads generated through various sales and marketing channels.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless sales process.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and reports in a timely manner.
• Keep informed of competitive products, promotions, and services in the market.
• Maintain an updated database of clients and sales activities in CRM software.
• Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to improve sales strategies.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts effectively and professionally.

• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience as a Sales Associate or similar role in the sales industry.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to company products and services.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales technology tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
