We are seeking an unstoppable, revenue-driven sales professional who can consistently hit and exceed ambitious targets. We’re looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager who can drive sales targets, grow revenue, and become a pivotal force in our scaling journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Revenue and Hit Sales Targets:
    Own and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Your focus is on delivering measurable revenue growth and creating a repeatable, scalable sales process.
  • Build and Maintain High-Impact Client Relationships:
    Develop deep partnerships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and ensuring ongoing satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term value.
  • Identify and Convert New Business Opportunities:
    Proactively pursue new accounts and upsell opportunities to expand our client base and revenue.
  • Own the End-to-End Sales Cycle:
    From prospecting to closing, manage the full sales cycle with discipline, accountability, and urgency.
  • Collaborate Across Functions:
    Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success to tailor solutions that meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze Market Trends and Customer Feedback:
    Translate market insights into strategic actions that optimize offerings and drive demand.
  • Manage a Strategic Account Portfolio:
    Prioritize high-potential accounts to drive long‑term growth and strong profitability.
  • Deliver Clear, Actionable Insights:
    Provide regular sales performance reports and actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Lead with Professionalism and Integrity:
    Represent Pet Watch with the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
  • Prepare and Execute Strategic Sales Plans:
    Set aggressive targets and develop detailed plans to achieve them, including territory and account segmentation.
Qualifications
  • Proven, verifiable track record of driving revenue as a Sales Account Manager or similar role, with 5+ years of experience in the UAE preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and deliver measurable results consistently.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value and close deals.
  • Strong CRM experience and proficiency with MC 365 environment; data‑driven mindset for reporting and forecasting.
  • Independent, proactive, and highly accountable with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with tech/startup environments is a plus.
  • A genuine passion for pets is highly desired.
