Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and closing client deals. This is a performance-based role ideal for ambitious professionals who thrive on achieving targets and earning competitive rewards based on their success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate qualified leads through various channels including cold outreach, networking, and digital platforms
  • Conduct client meetings, deliver compelling service presentations, and propose customized digital solutions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business
  • Manage sales pipeline, track leads, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to understand service offerings and deliver accurate project scopes
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
  • Develop and implement client acquisition strategies tailored to target industries
  • Skills
  • 3+ years of proven business development, sales, or lead generation experience
  • Demonstrated success in closing deals and achieving sales targets
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising, and creative services industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales pipeline management tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent in achieving results
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or creative services sector
  • Existing network within target industries (retail, e-commerce, hospitality, corporate)
