The Open World is a leading international immigration advisory firm headquartered in Paris, with offices across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. We are currently seeking an experienced Russian-speaking Residency & Citizenship Consultant to join our Dubai office.

This role focuses on managing and developing relationships with Russian-speaking clients, advising them on residency and citizenship solutions worldwide.

Proven experience in RCBI is mandatory.

You will work directly with international high-net-worth individuals and families seeking global residency and citizenship solutions.

The Open World provides qualified inbound leads, marketing support, and access to premium legal, real estate, and investment partners.

• Advise and assist Russian-speaking clients throughout the full immigration and investment migration process
• Build and maintain long‑term, trust‑based relationships with high-net‑worth individuals and families
• Present tailored residency and citizenship programs aligned with each client’s profile, objectives, and budget
• Manage inbound leads and ensure consistent follow‑up through to deal closure
• Coordinate closely with legal, real estate, fund, and investment partners
• Contribute to marketing initiatives targeting Russian‑speaking markets
• Represent the company at international events, exhibitions, and client meetings
• Maintain accurate client records and application progress in the CRM

• Native or near-native fluency in Russian
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Proven experience in Residency & Citizenship by Investment (RCBI) or investment migration consulting
• Strong client-facing, presentation, and cross-cultural communication skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to close high-value transactions
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital tools
