We are building a high-performance hybrid education model combining strong offline centres with scalable online learning programs. We are focused on delivering measurable student outcomes and structured academic excellence. We are looking for a high‑conversion Sales Closer who understands education sales psychology and can convert qualified leads into enrolments confidently and ethically.

This role is NOT for freshers or those without direct education sales experience.

Mandatory Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of proven, real‑world experience in education sales (coaching centre / institute / edtech).
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong objection handling and closing ability.
What You'll Own (Key Responsibilities)
  • Lead Conversion & Counselling: Conduct in‑person and telephonic counselling sessions; understand academic needs and recommend suitable programs; drive walk‑ins, demo conversions, and final enrolments; follow structured sales scripts while maintaining a personalised approach.
  • Revenue & Target Ownership: Achieve assigned monthly revenue and admission targets; maintain high conversion rates from enquiry to admission; upsell or cross‑sell relevant programs where applicable.
  • Follow‑Ups & Pipeline Management: Maintain disciplined follow‑ups on all leads; update CRM daily with accurate stage tracking; ensure minimal lead leakage and high closure efficiency.
  • Parent & Student

    Experience:

    Build trust and credibility with parents; clearly communicate program structure, outcomes, and fee models; ensure smooth handover to academic/operations team post enrolment.
Good to Have
  • Experience in high‑ticket education sales.
  • Experience in an offline centre environment.
