About the RoleNoble Brothers Technical Services is hiring a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead sales and business development for our Marble Polishing Division across the UAE. This role is strictly performance‑oriented and suited for professionals who can deliver measurable results.
Roles & Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, developers, interior designers, hospitals, schools, facility management companies, and commercial clients
- Identify, develop, and close new marble polishing contracts across the UAE
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and negotiations
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company growth targets
- Analyze competitors, pricing, and market demand to position services effectively
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and closures
Candidates must be confident in achieving the following:
- Monthly Revenue Target: AED 150,000 – 300,000 in closed marble polishing projects
- New Client Acquisition: Minimum 4–6 new commercial clients per month
- Lead Generation: At least 15–20 qualified leads per month from own network and market activity
- Site Visits & Meetings: Minimum 3–5 client meetings per week
- Proposal Conversion Rate:
30–40% minimum conversion from proposal to contract - Client Retention: Maintain long‑term contracts and repeat business from key accounts
- Reporting: Weekly sales activity reports and monthly performance review

Desired Candidate Profile- Minimum 2 years of proven sales / business development experience in a marble polishing company (mandatory)
- Strong existing contacts in the commercial and construction industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Solid understanding of marble polishing services and pricing structures
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with performance-based roles
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
