Overview OfThe Role
We are seeking a highly driven Sales Executive – Marine to lead the sales growth of Honda Marine outboard engines across the UAE market. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, develop strong relationships with boat builders and fishermen, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets, supporting dealer development, and strengthening Honda Marine’s competitive position in the region.
WhatYou Will Do
- Grow sales revenue and achieve monthly volume targets for Honda Marine outboard engines.
- Expand Honda Marine’s market share by acquiring new customers and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with fishermen, boat builders, and retail customers across the UAE.
- Manage key accounts, ensuring strong customer retention and high satisfaction levels.
- Drive product promotion activities, participate in exhibitions/events, and collaborate with marketing on brand visibility initiatives.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, timely sales reporting, and alignment of inventory with market demand.
- Work closely with internal team logistics, service, parts, finance, and marketing—to ensure smooth sales operations and excellent after‑sales support.
- 5–7 years of sales experience within the marine, automotive, or technical equipment industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing capabilities.
- Knowledge of marine outboard engines, boating market dynamics, and B2B/B2C sales.
You will be part of the Marine & Power Products team, working under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager – Marine & Power Products. The environment is dynamic, competitive, and customer‑centric, with close collaboration across multiple departments including logistics, service, spare parts, finance, and marketing. The team is committed to delivering strong commercial performance while upholding Honda Marine’s global brand standards.

The Role
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience managing dealer networks, key accounts, or working with OEMs/boat builders.
- Technical aptitude to understand and communicate outboard engine features and performance benefits.
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and use CRM reporting tools.
- Strong relationship building, networking, and customer engagement skills.
- Professional presentation and communication abilities.
- Valid UAE driving license; fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Proven ability to identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities.
