Experience: 2–7 years of experience in business development or sales within the logistics or freight forwarding industry

About the Role

This role is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence in the UAE logistics market. The position requires a proactive, target-driven professional with solid experience in logistics sales and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE logistics market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key decision-makers
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and commercial agreements
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with operations, sales and sales support teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM tools
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 2–7 years of experience in business development or sales within the logistics or freight forwarding industry
  • Strong understanding of the UAE logistics market and trade lanes

Proven ability to close deals and manage long-term client relationships

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred
  • Team player with a positive attitude
