Overview
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager to lead and grow our business in Lighting Control Systems (LCS), Home Automation, ELV, and BMS solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in closing turnkey projects with key developers, consultants, and contractors in the UAE/GCC market.
The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing strategic relationships, managing the complete sales cycle, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies for LCS, Home Automation, ELV, and BMS systems.
- Identify, target, and secure turnkey projects with developers, consultants, main contractors, and MEP contractors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key developers, consultants, architects, and project stakeholders.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, specification, estimation coordination, proposal submission, negotiation, and contract closing.
- Work closely with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure technically and commercially compliant proposals.
- Track project pipeline, market intelligence, competitors, and upcoming projects.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, margin targets, and strategic growth objectives.
- Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients and partners.
- Support strategic partnerships with manufacturers and system providers.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business plans for management review.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in business development / sales in LCS, Home Automation, ELV, and BMS.
- Proven track record in closing turnkey projects with major developers and contractors.
- Strong network with developers, consultants, PMC, and MEP contractors in the UAE.
- Excellent knowledge of project sales, specification sales, and system integration business.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
