* Collaborate with manager to develop and implement territory POA and key account plans
* Evaluate progress versus plan monthly and agrees to course corrections with manager
* Partner with cluster/territory teams and Marketing, Medical Affairs/Value & Access teams to agree on key account plan objectives/responsibilities
* Engage with peers and District Manager and cross-functional teams to improve product knowledge
* Demonstrate an understanding of industry and healthcare trends, of how retail practices, clinics and hospitals operate
* Follow through on customer commitments and request in a timely fashion
* Report customer activity in the CRM system and ensure customer profiles are kept up to date
* Demonstrate an understanding of Amgen Performance for selling platform to satisfy customer and Amgen needs
* Operate within the agreed expense budget aligned with POA priorities
* Seek inputs and assistance to prioritize activities in a timely fashion and follow-up with customers
* Continuously develop and improve product knowledge, communication and selling skills through self-learning and active participation in agreed training programs to drive own development

* Basic Qualifications:

*** Bachelor`s degree
* Demonstrated experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a sales-related job
* Experience with computer systems (CRM databases and MS Office)
* Proficiency in English in both oral and written communication
* Relevant local legal qualification
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Hold self-accountable for achieving established goals.
* Demonstrate time management skills in terms of prioritizing activities and completing work in a timely manner; meet timelines.

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Bachelor`s degree in life science or (bio) medical sciences
* Minimum 2 Years experience in Specialty care therapy area.
* Minimum 2 Years experience in Dubai Private and Government sectors.
* Knowledge of Customer Relation Management principles
* Exposure to interactions with various fields and organizational levels
* Exposure to project management principles
* Proven resilience in sophisticated environments
* Proven high learning agility
