Are you a high-performing sales professional with a passion for the Dubai skyline? Magus Real Estate is expanding. We are looking for ambitious, data-driven, and charismatic Property Consultants to join our elite team in Dubai.

The Role

As a Property Consultant, you will be the face of Magus Real Estate, advising international and local investors on Dubai’s most prestigious developments. At Magus, we go beyond traditional brokerage. We provide our clients with radical transparency and deep market intelligence. As we head into a record-breaking 2026, following a historic 2025 where the market saw AED 45.5 billion in monthly sales, we are looking for consultants who can navigate this high-liquidity environment and deliver world-class service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Convert high-quality leads into successful transactions through consistent follow-up and relationship building.
  • Advisory: Provide clients with data-driven insights on ROI, capital appreciation, and the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan.
  • Portfolio Management: Showcase off-plan and secondary market properties from top-tier developers.
  • Negotiation: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to final SPA signing and handover.
  • Networking: Represent Magus at exclusive events and international roadshows.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of real estate experience (Dubai market experience is highly preferred).
  • Communication: Exceptional English communication skills. Fluency in additional languages is a significant advantage, particularly Arabic, Russian, French, German, Spanish, or Romanian. Proficiency in Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Greek, Polish, Czech, Hungarian, or Nordic languages is also highly valued.
  • Mindset: A "hunter" mentality with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Professionalism: A sophisticated approach to luxury sales and high-net-worth client management.
  • Mobility: Must have a valid UAE Driving License and own car.
