Business Development Executive/Manager Loyalty, Rewards
Overview
Bamboo Card is scaling its employee rewards and incentives business, and we’re looking for a high-impact business development professional with real depth in rewards, incentives, and gift cards
.
This is not a “spray and pray” sales role. You will build partnerships and close revenue by selling outcomes such as employee recognition, engagement, sales incentives, and reward fulfilment, backed by Bamboo Card’s eGift distribution capabilities
, Client Portal
, and API-led automation for issuing and tracking rewards at scale.
Bamboo Card is a digital rewards and prepaid products platform providing eGift cards, rewards programs, and top-ups distributed at scale for B2B and B2C use cases. We support corporate reward fulfilment through a robust API and an intuitive Client Portal
, enabling automated reward delivery, reporting, and operations.
- Build and close a pipeline of B2B opportunities for employee rewards, incentives, recognition, and engagement programs
- Own relationships and revenue conversations with stakeholders such as HR, Total Rewards, Procurement, Finance, Sales leaders, and Admin teams
- Lead the full sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, solution shaping, proposals, negotiation, and closing
- Translate customer needs into reward solutions using Bamboo Card’s catalogue, portal workflows, and API capabilities
- Identify partner-led routes to market including HR service providers, agencies, loyalty platforms, and corporate distributors
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, activation, and long-term account growth
- Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, forecasts, and performance reporting
- You consistently generate qualified meetings with the right buying centers (HR, Rewards, Procurement, Finance)
- You close deals that create repeatable, recurring reward volume
, not one-off transactions - You build accounts that grow through program expansion and renewals
- You can sell both ways:
portal-led programmes and API-led distribution depending on the customer’s maturity
- 5+ years of B2B business development, enterprise sales, or partnerships
- Proven experience in one or more of the following:
- Employee rewards and recognition
- Incentives and engagement programs
- Gift cards and digital reward fulfilment
- Loyalty or prepaid distribution
- Strong commercial instincts with the ability to manage complex cycles and close high-value, repeat business
- Confidence selling to senior stakeholders and navigating multi-stakeholder buying decisions
- Comfort working with digital distribution models such as portals, integrations, or API-driven fulfilment
- Self-starter energy, structured execution, and the ability to operate independently
- Qualified meetings booked per week with relevant decision makers
- Pipeline value created per month and stage progression health
- New logos closed per month or quarter
- Revenue or reward volume closed per month or quarter (internal target)
- Conversion rates from meeting to proposal and proposal to close
- 30 to 60 day activation rate for newly onboarded accounts
- Repeat volume within 90 days
