We are seeking an accomplished Sales Director with 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise SaaS software, telecom, technology, or infrastructure sectors to drive revenue growth across European markets

The Sales Director will be responsible for shaping the regional sales approach, managing strategic enterprise engagements, developing high‑value pipeline, and closing large‑scale opportunities. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams — including marketing, SMEs, product management, customer support, and delivery.
NEXSYS‑ONE develops and sells enterprise software globally to B2B customers, with this role operating from Dubai and offering significant international exposure.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to expand market share across key European countries.
- Identify growth segments, customer needs, and competitive dynamics within the European enterprise landscape.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline across target verticals using strategic outreach, market research, and customer engagement.
- Adapt go‑to‑market strategies to regional business cultures, procurement models, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the full enterprise sales cycle end, including prospecting, qualification, needs analysis, solution mapping, product demos, commercial negotiation, and contract finalization.
- Conduct initial discussions and solution presentations to assess and match customer requirements.
- Drive executive‑level sales conversations and represent the company in high‑value commercial negotiations across Europe.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, client interactions, and sales performance in CRM system.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with C‑level and senior‑level stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding customer business challenges and aligning solutions accordingly.
- Work with marketing to ensure high‑quality lead flow from campaigns and to refine regional messaging based on customer insights.
- Partner with SMEs and product management to communicate accurate product capabilities to customers and gather required technical input for proposals.
- Create and refine sales content, documentation, and supporting materials.
- Manage complex tender processes for European enterprise accounts, including tender qualification, bid strategy, documentation, and internal coordination.
- Prepare and deliver high‑quality commercial proposals, contracts, and formal documentation.
- Ensure alignment between technical requirements, commercial feasibility, and competitive positioning.
- Ensure smooth transitions between sales and delivery teams to maintain exceptional customer experience.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, territory performance updates, and pipeline insights.
- Apply data‑driven decision making to refine strategies and improve pipeline velocity and deal conversion.
SKILLS:
- Customer-focused approach: A strong emphasis on understanding and addressing customer needs and building lasting relationships

- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and content/document‑management systems.

- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software, telecom, infrastructure, or related technical fields.
- Demonstrated ability to close significant value enterprise deals and manage strategic accounts.
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal).
