We are hiring Business Development Executives (BDE Outdoor Sales) for a leading bank in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy field sales, customer interaction, and target-based incentives
.
- Generate new customers through outdoor sales, cold calling, and referrals
- Promote banking & financial products
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Work closely with internal banking teams for customer onboarding
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (banking/financial sales preferred)
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
- Proven ability to work in a target-driven outdoor sales environment
- Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset
24 30 years
Salary & BenefitsCandidates with UAE Banking Experience
- AED 3,000 – 5,000 + Attractive Incentives
Candidates New to UAE
- AED 2,500 – 3,000 + Attractive Incentives
