We are looking for a results-driven Telesales Agent to generate and qualify leads and convert them to registrations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in B2C telesales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to identify and qualify leads
- Clearly articulate product benefits
- Update CRM with call outcomes and lead data
- Convert leads to registrations
Requirements:
- Candidate must have good communication skill in English
- 2 years experience in telesales or lead generation (preferably in energy sector)
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills. MUST have a neutral accent.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
