Job Summary

Our client is seeking a driven Female Sales Executive with a marketing background to join our fast-growing team in Dubai. You will leverage your expertise in marketing and client relationships to drive business growth, deliver tailored solutions, and exceed sales targets.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities (cold calling, networking, pitching).
• Manage existing client relationships to upsell and cross-sell services.
• Marketing Solutions Consulting
• Understand client marketing goals and recommend customized solutions.
• Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Campaign Execution & Reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, PR) to deliver campaigns.
• Track sales KPIs, prepare reports, and suggest optimizations.
• Market Insights
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and client needs.

• Bachelors in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or digital agencies.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Expertise in digital marketing services (social media, PPC, content, SEO).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English;
  Arabic a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce) and MS Office.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
