As Regional Sales Manager (Middle East)(UAE), you will be responsible for initiating and developing our business in Middle East wide. You will play a regional role in launching this business and expanding it to drive revenue growth. You are Independent and experiment salesperson able to fulfil and manage his territory, customers and partners.
This is a strategic, hands-on position that covers the entire sales cycle—from market development and lead generation to deal closure and post-sales support. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing your territory, accounts, and partnerships, while contributing to the broader regional strategy.
Responsibilities- MAINTAIN BUSINESS WITHIN NEW ACCOUNTS Achieve Revenue, Deliveries, Margin and DSO targets of POS & solutions & services Budget.
- Follow-up customers commitments and needs.
- Develop close relationships with VAR, Distributors, customers and increase the account penetration (increased value adds) for the POS business segments:
Payment, Mobility, ECR, etc. - Push for value add sales: cash back, revenue sharing and solutions based.
- Provide sales and business support and services to partners/customers.
- BUSINESS DEVELOPEMENT Develop closer relationships local business partners and customers to create the conditions of new business opportunities (Transport, Mobile, financial inclusion etc...) and cross-selling.
- Allow time to develop new markets with new/existing partners.
- Respect the process of market and prospects evaluations.
- LEAD INTERNAL ACTIONS Be accountable for internal actions with other departments (Marketing, Ttechnical, Legal, Customer Sales Administration, Security, Finance, Treasury, Operations…).
- Coordinate with Sales Administration, Technical Support, Marketing and R&D Support to ensure relevant and timely (speed) support to our partners/customers.
- REPORTING Provide regular adapted reporting: minutes of meeting reports, trips, monthly reports etc....
- Intensive usage of SFDC for forecasting and opportunity overview.
- Customer Account planning and competitive benchmarking, market update + database.
- Forecasts (Monthly) and participate in the communication plan (Newsletter).
- Project, Technical and financial follow up on a monthly basis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing (Master’s preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in POS systems, payment solutions, or cash register software.
- Strong payment affinity is required and networking within the industry.
- Proven track record in regional sales and business development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships from group up.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Fluent in English: additional languages are a plus.
- Strong teamwork, networking, and reporting skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the region.
