Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our growing team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary ranging from 3500 AED to 5000 AED per month. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our sales team, assisting with client interactions, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

• Assisting sales agents with client inquiries, providing information about properties, and scheduling viewings.
• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using company systems.
• Preparing sales presentations and marketing materials to showcase properties effectively.
• Conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
• Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
• Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing contracts and managing documentation.

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• A proactive and self‑motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are an advantage.
