Smooth Professional is supporting a fast‑growing technology company in the B2B travel sector as they hire their first Sales Representatives to drive new business across the region. This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals/Account Managers who enjoy owning the entire sales process - from prospecting through to close - and showcasing a platform that truly solves operational challenges for businesses.

The RoleThe Sales Representative will be responsible for building and managing a full 360 sales cycle - identifying prospects, showcasing the product, guiding decision makers through the value proposition, and closing deals.
- Outbound Prospecting: Identify key stakeholders within target companies and initiate high-quality conversations.
- Platform Demonstrations: Book and deliver engaging demos (virtual or face‑to‑face) that clearly illustrate product value.
- Full Cycle Deal Ownership: Manage your pipeline from first contact through to signature - handling objections, nurturing decision makers, and driving momentum.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate, detailed records in CRM tools while forecasting confidently.
- Customer Insights: Relay market feedback to product teams to support continuous improvement and feature development.
- 4+ years of sales or account management experience, ideally within B2B SaaS or tech.
- Strong English communication skills, Arabic fluency is a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to explain and sell software platforms to business decision makers.
- A proactive, self‑starting approach - comfortable with heavy outbound activity.
- Strong organisational and pipeline management skills using CRMs and sales enablement tools
