Overview of the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Sales Executive to join our Certified Pre Owned (CPO) Retail Sales team across the UAE. In this role, you will drive unit sales, maximize retained gross margins, and promote Finance & Insurance (F&I) products while delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales journey. You will play a key part in ensuring every customer receives a professional, transparent, and value driven “one offer” experience.

What

You Will Do
  • Achieve monthly unit sales targets and ensure all deals are properly stacked in C4C with unit, discount, F&I, and add on details.
  • Maximize retained gross margins to support branch profitability.
  • Meet monthly F&I sales targets, including insurance, finance, and value added products.
  • Drive referral conversions by ensuring 100% second-facing with Showroom Managers to enhance customer satisfaction (NPS/CSV) and revenue opportunities.
  • Achieve set targets for trade ins and DIO/accessories sales.
  • Manage and convert leads from telephone, web, and walk ins, ensuring a minimum 25% conversion rate.
  • Ensure accurate customer information is captured in C4C including test drive records, Emirates  contact details.
  • Actively participate in regular sales meetings, mandatory learning sessions, and brand/product trainings.
  • Stay current with brand campaigns, competitor activities, and customer buying options to optimize sales performance and customer interaction quality.
Required Skills to Be Successful
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • A Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement).
  • Proven upselling abilities and the capability to build value for customers.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
About the Team

You will be part of the Retail Sales team, working closely with Branch Managers, Sales Executives, and operational support staff. This is a collaborative and fast paced environment where customer satisfaction and performance excellence are top priorities. Team members often work extended hours during peak times to meet customer demand and achieve monthly sales targets.
