Position: Business Development Executive – Cybersecurity

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to support the growth of our Cybersecurity solutions portfolio
. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, and supporting the sales cycle for cybersecurity offerings across enterprise and SMB clients in the UAE.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for cybersecurity solutions (SOC, VAPT, IAM, Endpoint Security, Network Security, Cloud Security, etc.).
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and decision-makers.
  • Initiate contact with prospects through calls, emails, Linked In, and networking events.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales / pre-sales teams.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and basic commercial documentation.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams for solution alignment.
  • Maintain and update CRM with leads, opportunities, and follow-ups.
  • Track competitors, market trends, and emerging cybersecurity demands.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in IT / Cybersecurity sales or business development (system integrator experience is a plus).
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and solutions
    .
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM exposure is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with the UAE market is a plus.
