Field Sales Executive – Car Care Products; Tint & PPF

As a key member of the Car Detailing team, you will be responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and developing car care products, engaging with customers, training detailing professionals, and driving brand visibility and sales across retail, e-commerce, and B2B channels.

We are seeking a passionate and proactive individual to manage retail channels and build a strong influencer ecosystem for our premium car care products. This role combines retail execution with modern digital engagement to grow brand visibility, drive sales, and establish our brand as a leader in the detailing community.

• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers, retailers, and detailers.
• Develop training manuals, video tutorials, and technical guides for product usage.
• Stay updated with global detailing trends and innovations.

• Develop relationships with car detailing studios, workshops, dealerships, and distributors.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and expand territory coverage.
• Organize product activations, campaigns, and detailing workshops/events.

• Support digital and retail marketing campaigns through technical content, product launches, and influencer collaborations.
• Participate in car shows, exhibitions, and motor expos to represent the brand.
• Collect market intelligence and competitor insights to refine brand positioning.

• Gather user feedback and technical performance reports to guide R&D.
• Coordinate with the product development team to test new formulas and tools.

• Develop and maintain relationships with automotive retail outlets (auto accessory stores, workshops, detailing centers, etc.).
• Implement in-store branding, shelf placement, and promotional activities.
• Conduct retail training sessions for store staff on product features and usage.
• Monitor retail performance and generate sales reports.

• Identify and onboard relevant car detailing influencers, You Tubers, Instagrammers, and automotive bloggers.
• Plan and execute influencer campaigns, giveaways, and product reviews.
• Coordinate UGC (user-generated content), testimonials, and detailing challenges.
• Work with the marketing team to align influencer content with brand campaigns.
• Help produce short-format videos, reels, and car detailing tutorials in collaboration with content creators.
• Attend car meets, detailing expos, and motor sport events to promote the brand.
• Organize live demos and pop-up booths at car clubs, malls, and automotive events.

Support online customer communities with technical product knowledge and feedback

• Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Automotive Engineering, Business preferred).
• 3–8 years of experience in the car care/detailing industry or automotive aftermarket.
• Strong knowledge of detailing products: waxes, polishes, ceramic coatings, compounds, interior/exterior care.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for cars and car aesthetics.
• Ability to travel frequently for training and business development.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Automotive Management.
• 2–5 years of experience in retail marketing, influencer engagement, or automotive sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Passion for cars and automotive detailing.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, You Tube, Tik Tok) and influencer metrics.

• Hands-on experience with car detailing products and techniques.
• Experience with influencer tools (e.g., Upfluence, Hype Auditor, Creator
  
  IQ).
