Automotive Sales Executive – Multiple Locations Across the UAE

We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Sales Executive who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales excellence. Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers professionally and identify their vehicle requirements.
  • Explain vehicle features, specifications, and performance to customers.
  • Promote Ali & Sons services at the point of sale, including registration, insurance, and after‑sales services.
  • Recommend optional equipment and accessories to enhance customer value.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
  • Compute and present accurate pricing, discounts, and financing options.
  • Advise customers on current and upcoming availability of new and used models.
  • Coordinate vehicle delivery with the New & Used Car Storekeeper.
  • Liaise with Customer Relations for registration and insurance processing.
  • Conduct timely follow‑ups with potential and existing customers.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience:

    Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive / car sales
  • Languages:

    Fluency in English is essential;
    Arabic is an advantage
  • Computer

    Skills:

    Computer literate with basic system proficiency
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Target‑driven with a professional and positive attitude
