Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role located in Dubai for GIF Building Maintenance. The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with sales, including generating leads, bringing in new business enquiries and contracts, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
Qualifications
- Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the UAE
- Knowledge of the maintenance or construction industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
