This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Client Support Executive (French Speaker) based in Dubai. The role involves delivering an exceptional customer experience by addressing client needs, managing accounts, and providing support tailored to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing client communications, building and maintaining strong relationships, delivering consultation services, and supporting sales opportunities by identifying client challenges and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements.

Qualifications- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills, including fluency in French and English
- Experience in Account Management and building lasting client relationships
- Knowledge of Sales processes and the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities
- Ability to provide Consulting services to address client needs and offer tailored solutions
- Proficiency in problem-solving and delivering client‑focused solutions
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
- Prior experience in the real estate or corporate service industries is a plus
