Overview
Your Mission:
You will help us deliver the best customer experience in the tech/automotive retail industry.
- Establish and nurture client relationships through in-person interactions at our HUB or Showroom, understand our prospects' needs and our value proposition.
- Provide expert guidance on various vehicle options from our pre-owned car inventory, while ensuring a positive customer experience
- 1-2 years background in automotive retail
- Positive attitude and integrity to build trust and achieve success while offering a jaw-dropping experience to our customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced English proficiency level
- A deep understanding of our value proposition and the ability to empathize with others
- Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and adapt to changing circumstances
- Ideally, a genuine passion for cars!
- Compensation - Competitive base salary plus monthly variable based on meeting set KPI's

- 26 working days of holidays
- Preferential price for retail cars upon completion of probation period
- Working schedule - 6 days/week, 9 hours (including one hour for lunch)
