Job SummaryWe are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our growing team in Dubai
. This role is ideal for sales-driven professionals who enjoy client engagement, relationship building, and working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities- Engage with potential and existing clients via phone to promote company products and services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional service and ongoing support.
- Re-engage inactive or previous users and encourage platform reactivation.
- Understand client needs and provide suitable, tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and activities.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and engagement targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and business objectives.
- Execute assigned tasks based on the needs of developing international markets.
- Experience in telesales, relationship management, or customer service is an advantage.
- Fluent in English
, with Urdu and/or Hindi proficiency preferred. - Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Target-driven, resilient, and able to handle objections professionally.
- Well-organized with effective time and task management skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Willing and able to work onsite in Dubai
