Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and self‑motivated Outdoor Sales Officer to promote and sell automobiles by actively going into the market to identify and approach potential customers. The role involves field sales, customer engagement, lead generation, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Visit assigned outdoor locations, markets, residential areas, offices, and events to identify potential customers
- Promote automobile products (cars/two‑wheelers/commercial vehicles) and explain features, pricing, and financing options
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
- Conduct test drive coordination and follow up with interested customers
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collect customer feedback and market information, including competitor activities
- Prepare daily field visit reports and update customer records
- Coordinate with showroom and finance teams for documentation and delivery
- Minimum high school / diploma; graduate preferred
- Previous experience in outdoor/field sales (automobile sales preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Willingness to travel and work in the field daily
- Basic knowledge of automobiles and sales techniques
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Valid driving license (preferred)
- Customer‑focused attitude
- Negotiation and closing skills
- Self‑motivated and energetic
- Time management and planning
- Basic computer or mobile app usage for reporting
- Field‑based / Outdoor sales
