The Sales Manager will execute the direct sales strategy and achieve assigned sales targets for residential properties.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- 6–10 years of residential sales experience.
- Strong client management and closing skills.
- Experience dealing with Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA) and off-plan sales, with a solid understanding of related processes.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-management abilities.
- Target-driven with a strong sales mindset.
- Ability to manage high-value clients and VIP buyers.
- Good understanding of the residential real estate market.
- Manage the buyer pipeline and leads effectively.
- Conduct buyer meetings, including VIP clients, and drive direct sales to achieve targets.
- Support property launches and sales events.
