The Opportunity

We are looking for a E-tailing speacialist to join our local market team in Dubai on a one year contractual basis. This role requires a commercial background and hands‑on experience to support in building our digital business in the Middle East. You will assist in supporting the growth of our existing brand portfolio presence within key online retail partners— including Ounass, Bloomingdale’s, Sephora, Golden Scent, Boutiqaat, Faces and more.

What you'll get to do Account Management & Relationship Building
  • Support the E-KAM as point of contact for all major e-retail accounts, PUIG Digital HQ team and e-business brand teams.
  • Prepare for and attend monthly Brand calls (report sell‑out, results analysis, YTD achievements, YTG plans).
Content & Catalogue Management
  • Build and manage all e‑retailer assortments.
  • Ensure all new product listings are accurate and submitted on time: complete the NLT with online product listing info, and coordinate with the E-Merchandiser to manage content submission.
  • Audit regularly all brand and product pages for PUIG portfolio.
E-Marketing & Calendar Planning
  • Build e‑retailer trade plans (on‑site/app visibilities, CRM, social media).
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns with the retailer (Ramadan, 11:11, Black Friday), aligning on assortment and % depth of discount.
  • Support the E-KAM on managing retailer DM campaigns. Co‑ordinate DM campaigns internally and externally (plan focus SKUs, content, product copy, duration, budget, invoicing, reporting performance/ROI analysis).
Operational Coordination
  • Monitor OOS and coordinate with local Sales Managers for stock replenishment requirements.
  • Manage online GWP/sample allocations and manage the process from start to finish.
Market Awareness
  • Regularly monitor competitor activity on key e‑commerce and D2C platforms in the region.
  • Keep up to date with market trends, new product launches, new features available on e‑retailer websites.
  • Share analysis of findings and share recommendations on how PUIG could improve its online digital shelf presence.
We'd love to meet you if you have
  • Strong understanding of e‑commerce platforms.
  • Excellent relationship‑management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
  • Strong in building and presenting brand decks.
  • Experience in digital marketing ads is a plus.
