Commission Sales Associate

Azurmed LLC is an international trading company specializing in FMCG and food products, supplying global markets across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. We focus on quality sourcing, competitive pricing, and reliable export execution.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Commission Sales Associate with an established client portfolio to independently manage and expand international FMCG export sales. This role is ideal for professionals who can deliver immediate results through existing buyer relationships.

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of international buyers and distributors
• Actively onboard new clients and develop new export markets
• Sell FMCG and food products (canned foods, dry goods, staples, etc.)
• Handle the full sales cycle from inquiry to shipment
• Negotiate pricing, Incoterms, and payment terms (TT, LC, etc.)
• Close container-level export deals and secure repeat business
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and documentation teams
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Proven experience in FMCG or food export sales
• Existing and verifiable international client portfolio (importers, distributors, wholesalers)
• Strong knowledge of international trade procedures and documentation
• Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills in English
• High commission per confirmed shipment/container
• Volume-based and repeat-client incentives
• No income cap – earnings fully performance-based
