Recruitment Account Manager

Hours:

Mon-Thurs in the office 8-5, Friday WFH 8.30-2pm

Jamie Deakin and I are currently looking to hire an Account Manager to work closely with us, due to a high volume of live roles across Sales, Marketing, Events and Tech.

We partner with clients across the GCC, supporting businesses from early-stage startups through to global multinationals🌏

This role would suit someone who enjoys account management and relationship-building, and who is comfortable engaging with top talent across the Middle East. The role will involve a mix of inbound and outbound calls, so confidence picking up the phone is important. Most importantly, we want someone who can be themselves — we’re a transparent, honest team and we never oversell the opportunities we work on.

This role does not include business development outreach; however, there is a clear pathway to progress into a 360 role if desired

• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar resourcer or account management support role
• Experience using Linked In Recruiter
• Exposure to recruiting sales profiles would be a strong advantage
• Curious, proactive, and confident asking questions
• Able to CV screen effectively and generate leads from active candidates in the market

That said, we’re big believers in potential. If you don’t have direct recruitment experience but you have the right drive, work ethic, and a strong learning mindset, we’re absolutely open to having a conversation.

You MUST already be based in Dubai, unfortunately we are not considering relocators at this stage
