International Software Business | B2B Sales | High Earning Potential
We’re hiring a Sales Executive in Dubai to join an established international software company that’s expanding rapidly across the region.
This role is ideal for someone who has previously sold business setup services (company formation, free zone, mainland, PRO services, etc.) and understands how to navigate conversations with founders, SMEs, and growing businesses. You’ll be selling a B2B software solution that supports businesses post-setup, with strong market demand and a clear value proposition.
What you’ll be doing- Managing the full sales cycle: lead qualification, demos, negotiation, and close
- Selling B2B software solutions to SMEs and growing businesses
- Leveraging your existing knowledge of the business setup ecosystem in the UAE
- Building long-term client relationships and a strong pipeline
- Working closely with marketing and leadership to scale the regional presence
- Proven experience selling business setup / company formation services in the UAE
- Strong B2B sales background (software or SaaS experience is a plus)
- Self-starter mindset with a drive to exceed targets
- Strong communication skills and market knowledge in Dubai
- High commission structure with uncapped earning potential
